The content, commercial activities, and services provided through the WEBSITE are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this “Legal Notice and Privacy Policy” (hereinafter, the NOTICE), and comply with current Spanish and European Union legislation, in particular, the aforementioned LSSICE, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, the LOPD).

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Through the various contact sections of the WEBSITE, as well as through registration on the site, we collect your personal information to respond to your requests and provide you with information about FERENT products that you request, as well as to remember your session data and product acquisitions. If you send us your “Curriculum Vitae,” the purpose will be to study the various CVs in case we are in a hiring process, or otherwise, we will proceed with its deletion.
