What are the shipping methods?

Shipping options may vary based on delivery address and item availability.

We work with different carriers so that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

In how much time will my request be delivered?

Once you receive the order confirmation email, the approximate delivery of the shipment is:

Spain and Portugal : in 24-48h.

Balearic Islands and Canary Islands : from 1 to 4 business days.

Europe (EU)*: 2 to 7 business days.

Rest of the world : 3 to 10 business days.

Shipments with postal codes in Barcelona city , will have 3 options:

1. Shipping in 24-48h.

2. Same day shipping from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.

3. Pick up at our physical store: The Paradise .

RETURNS. Return your order to paradise.

What is the deadline to return my order?

Items purchased at ferentbags.com must be returned in perfect condition, new and with the original labels, within a maximum period of 14 days.

How can I make a return?

At Ferent we make it easy for you.

Important: In order to make a return, no more than 14 days can have passed from the day of purchase and the bag must arrive with the original labels.

How much does a return cost me?

When we receive the return, we will deduct the following amount from the refund:

Spain and Portugal : €6.20

Balearic Islands: €9.20

Canary Islands: €14.20

EU : €19.20

Rest of the world : €30

In the event of customs duties, the customer will be informed of these costs via email, attaching proof of these costs. We will send a payment link or deduct these costs from the money to be refunded. If the customer refuses to pay these customs duties, we will not accept the return.

How long will it take to receive the refund money?

At Ferent we are fast. The same day we receive the return, we will make the refund, if what you want is a voucher, send us an email to hello@ferentbags.com.


The money will be refunded using the same payment method with which you placed the order. Once the refund is made, it may take up to 10 days to see the money in your bank account, it all depends on the payment method, but don't worry, most transactions arrive within 24-48 hours.

You will receive an email as soon as we do so, informing you of the return.

I don't want a refund, I want to change my order.

Since the bags do not have sizes, we DO NOT make exchanges.
It is best to place a new order and return the order you do not want.

When you make the return, you can choose a refund using a voucher to make a new purchase.
