IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN PREPARED OR SHIPPED

No problem! 💜 If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we can change the delivery address at no additional cost. Just email us at hello@ferentbags.com as soon as possible.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED

Once shipped, any delivery modifications (change of address, redirection to a pickup point, or other instructions) requested directly from the shipping company are your responsibility.

Ferent Bags is not responsible for any issues arising from these modifications that are attributable to the customer or the carrier, without prejudice to your legal rights.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO FERENT?

If the carrier returns your order due to a delivery modification requested by you, you may request a new shipment, bearing the corresponding return and reshipment costs:

If you prefer to request a refund, the applicable return costs will be:

ONLINE PURCHASES

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Once requested, you will have a maximum period of 4 calendar days to drop off the package at one of our carrier's collection points or bring it directly to our physical store. If it is not delivered within this period, the return request will be cancelled, without prejudice to your legal right of withdrawal.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with their original tags.

ONLINE ORDERS WITH IN-STORE PICKUP

You have 14 calendar days from the collection of your order to request a return.

Once requested, you will have a maximum period of 4 calendar days to deliver the items to our physical store or to one of our carrier's collection points.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to make an exchange or request a gift card.

💜 Product exchanges are FREE! If you request an exchange for another item through our returns portal, you will not have to pay for return shipping costs.

Important: Should any customs fees be incurred, we will inform you via email and attach proof of said costs. The amount must be paid via a payment link or it will be deducted from the corresponding refund. If you refuse to cover these costs, we will be unable to accept the return, except in cases provided for by law.

At Ferent, we try to be as fast as possible! 💜

Once we receive your return, we have a period of up to 24-48 business hours to review it and process the refund.

Once we have processed it, you will receive a confirmation email and the money will be refunded using the same payment method used for your purchase.

When will you see the money in your account?

The timeframe depends on your bank and, above all, the payment method used. Although most refunds are reflected within a few days, some may take longer. In the case of PayPal, the timeframe can be up to 15 days.

Important: Once the refund has been issued by us, the time it takes to appear in your account depends exclusively on your bank or payment provider. This is a process external to Ferent that we cannot expedite.

When requesting your return, you can choose between exchanging your item for another or receiving a gift card for your next purchase.
