Refund policy
FERENT accepts returns of purchased items only in the following cases:
- The received products are not as expected or are not liked.
- The received products do not correspond to the order placed.
- The delivered products have defects or damage related to the product itself or caused by an incident during the distribution process.
In these specific cases, returns should be made through the website via the customer’s account or by email to hello@ferentbags.com within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the order, provided that the purchased products have not been used and are kept with the original tags. Within 48 working hours after the return request, FERENT will inform the customer of the validity or invalidity of the return request. FERENT will cover the return shipping and send a courier to the address provided by the customer if the return is requested via email at hello@ferentbags.com. The customer must return the products along with the reason for the return. Return shipping costs can be checked in the "Shipping and Returns" section of the website.
If the procedure and deadlines mentioned are not followed, the buyer will not be able to file any claim regarding non-compliance or alleged defects in the delivered products. Such products will be considered as conforming to the order and free from any apparent defects.
In the case of returns for reasons other than those mentioned above, the buyer has the right to return the products if communicated within a maximum of 14 days, exclusively when the merchandise is in the same condition as it was delivered, ready for resale, with the original packaging and in perfect condition. The return should be requested through the website. Once the items are received in perfect condition, with all tags and in their original bag, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days to the same payment card used for the purchase. The customer will receive the price of the product, excluding shipping costs. It is not mandatory to specify the reason for the return.
If any of these conditions are not met, we will contact you to offer the option of returning the items that were not accepted. All costs generated by this return, including transportation of the items, will be borne by the customer. If the option is not accepted, FERENT may keep the items and the corresponding amount.
