Returns Policy

FERENT accepts returns of purchased items within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, only in the following cases:

• The product is not what you expected or you don’t like it (right of withdrawal).

• The product received does not match the order placed.

• The product presents defects or flaws, whether inherent to the product or caused during transport.

How to request a return

Returns are managed through the returns platform.

Within a maximum of 48 business hours, FERENT will confirm the validity of the request and, if applicable, arrange collection at the indicated address.

Applicable return costs can be consulted in the “Shipping and returns” section.

Product conditions

Items must:

• Keep their original tags.

• Not have been used beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

Refund

Once the merchandise has been received and verified, FERENT will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, corresponding to the total amount of the returned product, excluding shipping costs in all cases, within a maximum period of 30 days.

Returns not accepted

If a return does not meet the stated conditions, FERENT will contact the customer to offer reshipment of the product, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
If this option is not accepted, FERENT may retain the item and its amount.
