Items purchased at ferentbags.com must be returned in perfect condition, new and with the original labels, within a maximum period of 14 days.

When we receive the return, we will deduct the following amount from the money to be refunded:

• Spain and Portugal : €6.20
• Balearic Islands: €9.20

In the case of customs charges. These will be informed via email to the client, attaching proof of said costs. We will send a payment link or we will deduct these charges from the money to be reimbursed. If the customer refuses to pay these customs fees, we will not accept the return.

International returns made before November 1 will have a cost of €25, which we will deduct from the amount to be refunded.

At Ferent we are fast. The same day we receive the return, we will make the refund, if what you want is a voucher, send us an email to hello@ferentbags.com.

The money will be refunded using the same payment method with which you placed the order. Once the refund is made, it may take up to 10 days to see the money in your bank account, it all depends on the payment method, but don't worry, most transactions arrive within 24-48 hours.

You will receive an email as soon as we do so, informing you of the return.

Since the bags do not have sizes, we DO NOT make exchanges.
It is best to place a new order and return the order you do not want.

When you make the return, you can choose a refund using a voucher to make a new purchase.
